Shift HR compliance provides interactive, engaging and effective online training solutions to our clients. We specialize in HR compliance training areas especially around preventing workplace harassment and discrimination. We've developed training solutions to help organizations of any size meet the compliance training mandates across all of states and localities. Most recently, WE developed an employee training solution that complies with the newest workplace violence prevention mandate in the state of California. While this specific course arose out of the California mandate, the workplace violence prevention course applies to organizations located in any jurisdiction.
