The mustard seed company was established in 2003. Chief cultivator, trey baker, uses his unique combination of marketplace and ministry skills---including time as a spokesperson for wal-mart stores, inc and executive pastor of a 1500 member church---to assist companies in a variety of ways.
The vision of the mustard seed company is to discover organizations and individuals with a desire to do something great in the marketplace and community and assist them with reaching their goals.
The mission of the mustard seed company is to create the opportunity and the environment for the right conversations to take place to reach the company’s objectives. These “conversations” take place in these environments:
• one on one coaching
• inner-departmental training
• company wide training events
• lunch and learn sessions
• corporate retreats
• special speaking engagements
In addition, trey manages a variety of special projects for clients relating to publicity, marketing and messaging.
