Just ask users improve your product with feedback from real people! An easy way to plan, manage and track user experience research activities. Just ask users is an online service that enables user experience research teams to collaborate on design questions they have to clarify with the help of their users. How it works: as a team, you create a project inside a web based application. There, you define the design questions that you have and specify the tasks needed to answer the questions. You assign the tasks to team members and (optionally) set a due date. Team members begin collaborating on the tasks and check them off when they're done. Service providers (e.g. Recruitment agencies or usability testing labs) can offer to help the teams get their work done. Teams can decide to accept those offers.
