The avem app, an app that helps venue visitors find points of interest, use venue services, and interact with other venue visitors. Visitors can forget downloading a new app every time they visit a new venue.
Avem console, an administrative dashboard for venues that provides the following features:
1. Broadcasts: send push notifications to current venue visitors through the avem app
2. Surveys: distribute surveys to visitors as they enter/leave venues. Great for covid-19 pre-screening and gathering feedback
3. Custom services: provide contactless common venue services to visitors through the avem app (e.g., ticket purchases, concession orders, tour bookings, etc.)
4. Analytics: as visitors use the avem app, insights are provided into where visitors spend their time and what they are interested in
